North Vernon High School Alumni Scholarship

This scholarship was created to provide scholarships for qualified students who are descendants of North Vernon High School graduates.

This fund was established in memory of William "Billy" Bloemer who had a passion for agriculture. Billy's generosity was unmatched as he was always quick to give to people in need and help when labor or skills were in short supply. 

This scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior who intends to enroll in a post-secondary program and attended a REACH Conference during her career at JCHS.
