Marketing Internship – Remote Position
Must be a Full-Time college student in their 2nd Semester College Freshman, or in their Sophomore or Junior year.
This paid part-time position will be supported in part by the Indiana Philanthropy Alliance and funded by the Lilly Endowment and its GIFT Community Foundation Intern Program. This is an excellent opportunity for a full-time student to gain experience in the nonprofit and Community Foundation arena while using their marketing skills.
Job Responsibilities
· Support marketing campaign planning and execution.
· Creating social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral.
· Scheduling future social media posts.
· Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels.
· Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions.
· Assist in the management of website SEO.
· Measure and report the results of marketing initiatives.
Qualification/Skills
· Initiative-taker with ability to work independently.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.
· Understanding of SEO techniques and best practices.
· Basic photography, image and video editing, and graphic design skills
· Ability to use Canva or other resources.
