FINE ARTS SCHOLARSHIPS

The scholarships listed in this category are presented to applicants based on their participation in the fine arts, or require applicants to be pursuing a fine arts degree. Some scholarships may require additional criteria. All students graduating from Jennings County High School may apply.

This scholarship was created in memory of Chick Helm by his family to provide scholarships to a deserving senior of Jennings County High School who is furthering their education in the field of music.


This scholarship was created in memory of Eric Berkshire and is awarded to a high school student pursuing an education in music or the arts.


This scholarship was created to honor the memory of NVHS graduates Jerry and Joe Goss, by their sister, Jane Hand. Jerry was killed at age 26 while serving in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Liberty and is buried at Arlington National Cemetery. Joe died at age 42 after losing his battle with pancreatic cancer. This scholarship will be awarded to a desiring JCHS senior who has been an active member of band or orchestra.


This scholarship was established by Sam Coquerille's parents David and Jane Coquerille. This fund is to provide scholarships to graduates of Jennings County High School who are pursuing a degree in Theatre Arts at Indiana State University or another in-state college, in particular to above average students with a grade average of C or above.


This scholarship was created in memory of Stephen Jones by his children to provide scholarships to graduating seniors from Jennings County High School for the study of music education.


This scholarship was created by the Jennings County 4-H Council in memory of Todd Sporleder to provide scholarships to a qualified Jennings County High School graduate who has participated in the Jennings County 4-H program or the Jennings County High School Band.
